What Areas Can be Treated With BodyTite Lipo

BodyTite is a flexible liposuction procedure that can eliminate unwanted fats from both small and large areas of the body. It gently and safely destroy fat cells from the abdomen (e.g. love handles, post-baby tummy), bra line, buttocks, enlarged male breasts, face, hips, knees, waist, thighs and upper arms. In just one session, approximately 3 liters of fat can be eliminated!
The use of innovative BodyTite devices makes the procedure less painful, more precise and highly safe compared to other lipo techniques. And because radiofrequency energy is used, risks of developing skin laxity is reduced and instead, skin tightness is enhanced whilst gives the treated area a natural appearance.

How long is the recovery time for BodyTite procedure?

This procedure is less traumatic compared to the conventional liposuction method and thus, recovery time is reduced. You can even leave the clinic within a few hours after the procedure. Furthermore, patients can already resume their normal routine within a few days. But while recovery time is much shorter, it is still important to follow your doctor’s advice about post-operative care

How should you take care of yourself after the procedure

Post-operative care is just as important to ensure that the treated areas are healing properly. The following are some recommendations for a proper recovery process:
  • Wear appropriate compression garment as required by your doctor.  It should be taken off only for personal hygiene purposes.
  • It is recommended to take a rest at home for a week to 10 days. Patients can continue their normal activities but high impact exercises and other vigorous activities should be avoided until your doctor says so.
  • Swelling and bruising may last up to two weeks. Take your antibiotics and other medicines as prescribed by your doctor to reduce swelling of the treated areas. Ointments could be applied to bruised areas to expedite recovery.
  • Follow doctor’s advice about your diet: the foods and drinks you should and should not eat/drink. Temporary lifestyle changes to help in the recovery process will also be advice by your doctor.
  • Follow scheduled post-operative visits with your doctor to check on your recovery and avoid possible infections. Such examinations are also required to ensure that the results correspond with patient’s expectations.

What Our Clients Are Saying

" had the great pleasure of working with Dr. Sapijaszko for over 3 years, at both his downtown and south side clinics. Over the course of those 3 years, I was able to observe first hand his skills and expertise, as well as his genuine concern for the patients under his care"
